Over the past decade, despite our passion and commitment, there were times when we fell short:
we could not fully grasp what you needed,
could not convey our intentions clearly,
took longer than we should have,
and, regrettably, at times even let bugs slip through.
There were more than a few bitter and regretful moments along the way.
Even so, you welcomed us warmly,
listened with patience,
stood by us,
and sometimes helped us overcome even our missteps together.
For all of this, we offer our heartfelt thanks.
As we step into the next ten years,
we will keep revisiting, re-listening, and continually renewing ourselves,
striving to be a partner who walks forward together with you.
